This website presents general information about StrataBridge and the services we offer. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Engagements are established only through a signed master services agreement and a corresponding statement of work.

StrataBridge provides strategic, commercial and operational support. We are not a law firm, tax practice, accounting firm, audit firm, broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, and nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, accounting, audit, securities or regulated investment advice. Where regulated expertise is required, we coordinate with qualified professionals engaged by the client. 4. Equipment and third-party products
Where StrataBridge supplies specialized computer equipment, including self-service kiosks and interactive terminals, the specifications, warranties, software licences and support terms applicable to that equipment are set out in the relevant quotation, purchase order or statement of work. Manufacturer and third-party licensor terms may also apply. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty in respect of any product.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, layout, graphics, the StrataBridge name and the StrataBridge logo — is owned by StrataBridge or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not copy, republish, distribute or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. SMS messaging terms and conditions
If you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in, StrataBridge may contact you by SMS text message. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of contacting us, of purchasing anything, or of receiving any of our services. The following terms apply.
Message types. You agree to receive informational SMS messages related exclusively to your inquiries and your relationship with StrataBridge Advisory LLC. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages of any kind. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
StrataBridge Advisory LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at anne.smith@stratabridgeadvisory.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You then select either “Yes, I consent to receive informational messages from StrataBridge Advisory LLC” or “No, I do not want to receive any text messages from StrataBridge Advisory LLC”. Neither option is pre-selected. By selecting “Yes” you confirm that the number you provide is yours and that you agree to receive text messages from StrataBridge at that number.
How you opt out

Privacy of messaging data

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrataBridge from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your submission of information that is false or that you were not authorized to provide.
12. Changes to these terms

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section affects the governing law or dispute resolution provisions of any separate signed agreement between StrataBridge and a client, which prevail in respect of that engagement.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StrataBridge in respect of the use of this website and the messaging program.
