1. Who we are
StrataBridge Advisory LLC (“StrataBridge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its principal place of business in Washington, DC. We provide advisory, commercialization and corporate support services, and we supply specialized computer equipment including self-service kiosks and interactive terminals.

- Business information — details you choose to share about your company, projects, requirements or objectives in the course of an engagement or a prospective engagement.
- Messaging consent records — where you opt in to receive text messages, we record the fact of your consent, the phone number provided, and the date and time it was given.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs generated when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are directed to businesses and professionals rather than to individuals under 18.

How you opt in
Consent to receive text messages is always given by you, separately and voluntarily. You opt in through the contact form on our website at stratabridgeadvisory.com, where the following disclosure is displayed:
“StrataBridge Advisory LLC would like your consent to send informational text message communications from +13025030627 to your mobile number listed above, in response to your questions or to provide information relevant to your relationship with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply 'STOP' to unsubscribe at any time. Reply 'HELP' for assistance or more information. Beneath that disclosure you select either “Yes, I consent to receive informational messages from StrataBridge Advisory LLC” or “No, I do not want to receive any text messages from StrataBridge Advisory LLC”. How you opt out
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also email us at anne.smith@stratabridgeadvisory.com to be removed. We will confirm your removal and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure on our behalf — such as our website host, email provider and telephony provider — and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, where required in connection with an engagement.
- Legal requirements, where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, subpoena or court order.
As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and for as long as required to meet our legal, contractual, tax and accounting obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for compliance purposes.
8. How we protect your information
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of personal information. These safeguards include transport encryption (HTTPS) across our website, access controls that limit who within our organization can view your information, and secure retention of mobile opt-in and consent records.
We require our service providers to protect the personal information we entrust to them and to use it only for the authorized purposes for which it was provided to them, and not for their own purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, to request deletion, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these, write to anne.smith@stratabridgeadvisory.com.
10. International transfers
StrataBridge operates from the United States and works with clients internationally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
